General Principles of WebSoft Customer Support

  • WebSoft provides technical support for all released products
  • Customers can approach technical support with issues related to IT-enabled systems as well as consult them about working with these systems at the user level (application system administrator). There is no limit on the number of times you may contact customer support.
  • Support is free of charge during the first 12 months after purchasing the product. After the first year, technical support fees roughly equal about 20% of the cost of the purchased licenses (the sum may differ for some product configurations)
  • All requests for technical support are recorded in the WebSoft Helpdesk. The client is notified that their application has been filed, as well as any change in the processing status. Clients have the ability to track the progress of their request using a tracking code.
